Integration of GAG members into CIPR

Proposals have bee put forward to integrate the Government Affairs Group completely witProposals have been put forward to integrate the Government Affairs Group completely within the CIPR. We are undertaking a survey of GAG members to gather your views.

Before taking the survey you may want to read a summary of the CIPR proposals, which is available here.

The survey, which should not take long to complete, also asks about your experience of the Government Affairs Group and your views on public affairs training.

The CIPR proposals will be the subject of a vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting of GAG, to be held in November. Your answers to the survey will not be taken as a vote on the proposals, but will be used to inform the Chairman and Committee and gauge general feeling. Only those who attend the AGM in person will be able to vote on the proposals, where a two-thirds majority of those present is required to pass them.

Please click here to take the survey.

Many thanks
The GAG Committee
